Jobomschrijving

Administration :

  • Execute ad hoc administrative tasks in support of the administrative team.
  • Manage the general email account for the office.
  • Support the organization of office filing and storage.
  • Assist in welcoming and onboarding new staff members.
Facility and Wellbeing:
  • Ensure the proper functionality and maintenance of the office space.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance the office space and environment within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for office supplies and stationery.
IT and office equipment:
  • Address staff needs for basic IT support and hot desking setup and maintenance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory.

In addition:
  • Experience supporting the work of a team of 30 members and/or a fast-pacing office environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with excellent knowledge of English

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Able to increasingly work independently.
  • Ability to think and work in a multi-disciplinary way and multi-cultural environment.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.

Aanbod
